Self-concept improvement activities

by Jolize
(Johannesburg, South Africa)

Hi there,

I'm currently busy with my master's degree in therapeutic recreation. The title is: The effect of a therapeutic recreation programme on the self concept of adolescents with ADD/ADHD.

I am looking for activities that can improve self-concept or help with the process. Is there any way you can help me or do you have any suggestions?

Many thanks,
Jolize Pretorius
