Training Games

Responsibility Game - An interesting game to learn the significance of responsibility!

Group the participants into pairs!.

Give them the following instructions!

Stand facing each other with your toes touching.

Reach out and clasp each others' hands

Lean backwards, balancing your weight until the arms are straight without letting go of each others' hands.

Squat down as a pair.

Stand up as a pair.

Repeat the process if you did not get it right!

Ask the participants to be seated after they are done.

The questions to ask for the debrief of the activity:

How do you think this exercise is related to responsibility?

What did you do to succeed in this activity?

How did you feel when you failed to do it?

What are the consequences when a person does not take responsibility for the success of his/her partner?
