Experiential Learning5 - A Time Management Game

You can use this activity if you are using Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix.

After introducing the matrix, divide the big group into four smaller groups - not less than 5 people and not more than 8 people in a group.

Give each group one of the four quadrants to work with. They have to identify the tasks that they do in a work day which fall into that quadrant.

After five to ten minutes of working in groups they have to present their work. Their presentations (on flip charts) will provide plenty of scope for clarification of what should be prioritised.

You'll find more games and activities - all of them brand new in my e-book "New Training Games". If you purchase the e-book, you'll also get a bonus e-book on creativity techniques.

To order your e-book and get the bonus go here. It will cost you just $7. Buy it and add the games to your training repertoire. Get a free e-book on Creativity too.

Don't want to buy the book? That's OK. You can still earn from it!
