Emotional Awareness - A game to express your emotions

Emotional Awareness Game: A game to express emotions.

Write down the names of emotions on slips of paper. Write down as many emotions as there are people in the group. Fold these slips so that the writing is hidden from the eyes of the participants.

Put these slips in a bowl. Pass the bowl around. Participants have to pick up one slip each. After everybody has got a slip, they are asked to come up to the front of the room and enact the emotion written on the slip. The rest of the participants are expected to identify the emotion being expressed by the person.

This game can be used to introduce/end the session on emotional awareness and how the body is a means to express it.
